Fulham closed the season with a 2-0 win over Newcastle United at Craven Cottage. Both sides came in safe and mid-table, so this was about pride more than points.
Fulham finished 11th on 52 points. Newcastle ended one place and three points back in 12th. A tidy home win and a clean sheet rounded off the Premier League campaign for the hosts.
